Thank you for shopping at parkingpoephol! We aim to get your novelty order packaged and delivered to you as quickly and discreetly as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.

  • We utilize reliable local door-to-door courier networks to deliver your orders.

  • Please Note: Our couriers cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses or post offices. Please provide a valid physical residential, commercial, or business address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant, unexpected delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. We offer standard flat-rate or weight-based courier options across South Africa.

  • Main Centers (e.g., Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days once dispatched.

  • Regional & Outlying Areas: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days once dispatched.

Disclaimer: Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not strictly guaranteed. Pinpoint delivery timelines may be impacted by seasonal high volumes, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions out of our control.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been packaged and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to trace your parcel's journey in real time.

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier company’s portal.

5. Delivery Discretion and Packaging

We understand that some purchases are meant to be surprises or require operational discretion. All of our novelty products are packaged securely in standard, plain courier flyers or unbranded boxes. There is no external indication of the humorous nature of the contents inside the parcel.

6. Risk of Loss and Damaged Goods

Once your parcel is handed over to the third-party courier network, the title and risk of loss for the items pass to you.

If your package arrives physically damaged, torn open, or tampered with by the courier, please do not accept the delivery if possible, or ensure the courier driver notes the damage on the delivery receipt. Take clear photographs immediately and contact us at parkingpoephol@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you in launching a claim with the carrier and resolving the issue.

7. Incorrect Delivery Addresses

parkingpoephol is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries resulting from the customer providing an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to our undisclosed fulfillment node due to an incorrect address or because the customer was repeatedly unavailable for delivery, the customer will be liable for any additional courier re-shipping fees required to dispatch the order a second time.
