We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we are here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:

  • Unused, undamaged, and completely unmarked.

  • Packed securely in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, you must contact us first at parkingpoephol@gmail.com.

Please Note: Do not send items back to any address found on your shipping courier label without contacting us first. Returns sent back to us without a prior written request and confirmation will not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted via email, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to dispatch your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away at parkingpoephol@gmail.com if:

  • The product is physically defective or misprinted.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • You received the incorrect item or quantity.

Please include your order number and a clear photograph of the issue in your email so that we can evaluate the matter and make it right immediately.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Sale items, promotional bundles, or clearance products.

  • Digital products or digital gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us immediately at parkingpoephol@gmail.com.
